I lead the XR and AI strategy of the Altea Federation group, setting the roadmap of the oobe-XR product ecosystem and coordinating the development team that builds it. The platform runs on European cloud infrastructure (Microsoft Azure EU), designed to guarantee operational continuity and GDPR compliance.

I hold end-to-end responsibility for the conception, build and go-to-market of the group's entire XR and AI product suite.

The company's reference point on the Metaverse: I reorganised processes with Microsoft 365 and ran the Microsoft partnership, reaching Gold level across multiple competencies.

I defined product architecture and features, ran Mixed Reality projects for a major client (HoloLens 2, Unity, Azure) and led technical and process training across the whole staff.

Lecturer on the Metaverse at Italian and international universities.

Technical leadership of the company: defining product architecture, the ALM cycle and the Modern Workplace, with a focus on serverless solutions on Azure.

Management of teams, budget and technology roadmap in security and digital services.

I ran the implementation of platforms for the gambling sector, coordinated technical resources and supported top management in organising the R&D team.

Management of projects, resources and clients on SharePoint and Azure technology, with program management and software architecture responsibility.

I founded and led the company, supporting ICT firms and clients in building multimedia systems, totems, POS and apps on state-of-the-art Microsoft technology.

Conception and development of innovative solutions that won the company funding and numerous national and international awards, working with Microsoft Italy on presales.

Technical leadership of the software development area, client relationship management and coordination of around 20 people on international and nationally significant projects.

Hired and managed 22 people and around 2 million euro of revenue; introduced Microsoft Project Server and SharePoint into company processes.

Group-level IT responsibility: opening a new software factory, hiring and managing around 50 employees and 4 million euro of revenue, defining the data centre and the development processes.

Drafting estimates and proposals, preparing and running demos to the top management of major clients on outsourcing, data centres, CMS, eCommerce and eProcurement.

Twelve years in one of the world's largest IT multinationals: from C/C++ programmer to manager of around 100 people, working on highly complex international projects.

Analysis and build of the internal ERP system (DB3).
